"WOW!! From start to finish our first time pool building process has been nothing but enjoyable. I wanted to than you for creating such a beautiful retreat in our backyard. Your ability to capture my vision and bring it to life amazes me every day when I go outside. Please thank all of your staff for providing updated details of the pool process daily, the workers who labored and built the pool and your fabulous landscaping staff, because of them we love our backyard! I'd like to take the time to tell you how absolutely pleased I am with the professional pool that your company built for my family and me. Your personal design was excellent, and you were very open to our own ideas with the pool. I would like to especially let you know how lucky you are to have Bob Salazar working for you. He has been unbelievable in helping us build the pool of our dreams. He is a constant professional that notices the smallest details in making sure that our pool meets all our expectations. it has been a pleasure throughout the entire building process. The topper was the bouquet of flowers that your company sent to me after hearing about my motorcycle accident. "We would like to take the time to drop you aline and let you know how impressed we have been with Safari Pool employees. Our first contact with Safari Pools was Gary Gregory who met with us to discuss the pool and spa. We tried to explain to him that we theought we would liek the end result to look like, but never having a pool beofre we were also sort of at a loss. Within a weeks time he was back meeting with us along with a drawing. It was awesome, the minute we looked at that we know that was exactly wnat we wantd. Once it was drawn out on the lot we met with Monti, another great employee. He explained to us what we should expect in the next few weeks and said that the office would be getting in contact with us when they were ready to start digging. Sure enough the night before they dug the pool Gay Lynn called to tell us that they would be digging in the next day. As you have completed and started a new step in the process Gay Lynn calls us with an update. Kelly was a great help when we went to pick out the tile, pebble tech and cool decking. She took the time to explain to us how different colors make the water look bluer; we would have never thought that. The time she spent with us is greatly appreciated. It appears you have a great team at Safari Pools that work well together and they are to be commended. We highly recommend Safari Pools to anyone that is looking for a pool. We are looking forward to seeing the end result and it has been great interacting with the Safari Pool team"

"I have to say the service and quality provided by Safari exceeded my expectation in every way. I was quite nervous about using them after reading reviews here but I have to say I am glad I selected Safari for my custom pool and landscaping. They went above and beyond in every area. Providing watercolor rendering of our pool design at no cost before we choose them...everyone else wanted $$$ to do water color renderings. Once we narrowed down our design, they came out and painted it all out on our property using spray paint...wonderful way to really get a feel for the design. I even called them once and said I did not like how something was done and offered to meet them at the house to review it and their quote was I kid you not "we don't have to meet and review it....if you don't like it then we will redo it the way you want at no additional cost". They also didn't charge stupid design change fees like everyone else and believe me, we had a dozen of them. The owner was reachable by cell phone the entire time, as was the project manager, site foreman, landscaping supervisor - all of which provided professional and friendly service even when we were being a pain on small details. I didnt like that the area under the in pool table was rough, they sent out a diver to sand it down, again at no cost to me. I am in the service business and I know how tough it can be to provide excellent service with so many moving parts....Safari went above and beyond in all categories and I recommend them to anyone that will listen. I think all these other posts are from one disgruntled customer."
"We recently purchased a Maracay home and decided to use the landscape company affiliated with your company, Safari Pools & Spas. Safari Pools & Spas did both our pool and an extensive landscape package. The process began in December, when we met with Dave Loskill, Dave had the task of designing a complete pool and landscape package that both of us would like, based on only a meeting and surveying our property. During our next meeting, Dave's presentation included full color drawings of his vision for our yard, as well as a detailed cost breakdown for every item used in the drawings. What he came up with was amazing, and just what Mark and I were looking for. We closed on our home in March of 2002, and the very next week Safari started the pool and landscaping. Mark and I were not expecting the level of customer service we experienced with Dave, the owner, to continue with each and every employee we encountered, but it did. Beginning with Mike, the superintendent of the pool and spa division, and GayLynn and Linda from the main office, we were informed of each and every step of the process on a daily basis from start to finish. What they said was going to happen, did happen, every time. Something was getting done everyday in our yard. The process required many subcontractors, who were precisely scheduled to come in exactly when their service was needed. The workers were courteous, on time, and efficient. The level of coordination and professionalism is unheard of in almost any industry. We chose both front and back yard landscaping, which went in immediately following the completion of the pool. The process was directed by Robert Smith, the landscape division superintendent. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about plants and desert landscaping. He was able to assist us in choosing plants and accessories that complied with our neighborhood's guidelines, would grow and flourish in our climate, and that we both liked. Robert and his crew were at our home working hard each day until the landscape was complete, and the results are breathtaking. When people come to our home everyday for several weeks and attempt to complete a project that they proposed and we agreed on to our satisfaction, we develop some kind of relationship. Either we look forward to each day, to see what's going to take place, and hear from the people that's making it happen, or we dread the process and count the days until it's over. Mark and I came to really like each of the people in charge at Safari, and consider this experience one of the best we've had in our home buying and ownership experience. It is obvious why you chose Safari Pools & Spas to be affiliated with Maracay Homes. They reflect Maracay's beliefs in choices and customer service.
